At The Local Tee Co. by Tiana, every item is custom made to order. Because each order is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations once production has begun

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including:

  • Color
  • Design
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address

The Local Tee Co. by Tiana is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if the mistake was ours, replace the item at no additional cost.
